Idris Fitness aim to offer excellent person-centered quality and varied training to help you achieve your health, wellbeing and fitness goals. Whether it is to lose weight, get fit or improve your mental health and psychosocial wellbeing. We aim to achieve this by offering a range of evidence based one-to-one training sessions and group sessions via face to face and online.
The concept of Idris Fitness is centered around Bio-Psycho-Social Methodology that encompass a total fitness of the Mind, Body and Soul. Training focus on a whole-body workout routine, relaxation, reducing tension, breathing and relaxation techniques.
The Nutrition component of Idris Fitness comprise of supporting you to gain an understanding of the relationship between food and a healthy body. We do this by offering person-centered health coaching and support to improve your health and wellbeing with a focus on you as a whole, your mind, body and soul.
